The role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven professional to take ownership of MedTech market research project logistics, with a focus on setting up and management of fieldwork and data collection. This role is central to ensuring our projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with the right partners.

Core Responsibilities:

Project set-up:

  • Ensure contracts, confidentiality agreements, GDPR agreements, and onboarding documentation are completed, with both clients and vendors

  • Finalize costs and commission vendors

  • Lead calls to onboard vendors, outlining the study objectives, sample plan, timeline, and deliverables

During fieldwork:

  • Provide a daily summary of recruitment progress, identifying areas of concern that may limit project success

  • Ensure vendor (and internal) compliance with GDPR, AI regulations, and client-specific standards. Report Adverse Events

  • Onboard additional vendors where required

During project close:

  • Ensure all documents are finalized and all project close tasks are complete

  • Prepare the vendor and client evaluation form

Supporting Responsibilities 

Project tracking & administration

  • Maintain project status (won/lost/pending) in the project portal. 

  • Ensure project teams complete admin for each project stage. 

Additional operation support as and when required. 

Who you are:

Key skills and attributes:

  • Previously in a junior position with between 2-5 years experience in a role focussed on project logistics

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills (adhering to agreed timelines, troubleshooting)

  • Confident communicator, able to liaise with both suppliers and internal stakeholders

  • Skilled negotiator with proven ability to manage supplier relationships

  • Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative market research study operations (preferred)

  • Familiarity with compliance processes (GDPR, supplier risk assessments, client regulations) (preferred)

 

Preferred experience:

  • Previous experience in global healthcare market research

  • Experience working with supplier databases and procurement systems

  • You are organized and adaptable, with the ability to multi-task

  • You display a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical skills
