Job title: Marketing and Operations Executive

Term: Maternity leave cover
Location: Hybrid working, attend London office 1 day a week

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person with 2-3 years’ experience in a Marketing and Operational role to join our team to support the business during a period of maternity leave. There is potential for this role to become permanent, depending on business needs and performance.

The role:

This role is a hands on position combining B2B marketing delivery and operational support, helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of marketing activity and internal processes while the Marketing Director is on maternity leave.

The Marketing and Operations Executive will be responsible for executing agreed marketing initiatives, coordinating activity across key channels, and supporting operational tasks that enable the wider business to run efficiently. Strategic marketing planning and senior-level decision making will be supported by other members of the leadership team during this period.

This role is focused on implementation, coordination, and execution, rather than owning overall marketing strategy. You will work to clear plans and priorities, helping maintain momentum, consistency, and quality across marketing and operational activity.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers as required

General Marketing Support

  • Provide day-to-day marketing support across the business

  • Ensure marketing activity is delivered on time and to a high standard

Operational Support

  • Support the review and maintenance of internal documents, such as policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and statements, to ensure they are aligned with company branding and suitable for external sharing and externally published use where appropriate

  • Assist with Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives, including coordinating content and documentation to ensure all externally facing materials are accurate, compliant, and consistent with the company brand

  • Work across internal systems and company portals to maintain consistent and up-to-date information, and to track and collate data and metrics required to support marketing activities and reporting

About you

  • A motivated and enthusiastic person with direct hands-on experience in a B2B marketing role

  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts

  • Experience managing LinkedIn for a business

  • Must be familiar with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation tools) and confident using it day-to-day

  • Must be proficient in using the full Microsoft suite of tools
