ASCO Conference 2026

The countdown is on for the 2026 Annual Meeting of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, taking place May 29 – June 2 in Chicago.

Purdie Pascoe’s Precision Medicine and Diagnostics experts Marianne Fillion and Vanessa Slade will be attending and are looking forward to connecting with delegates at one of the world’s leading oncology events.

We are delighted that two of our abstracts have been accepted for online publication:

MCED research spotlight

As interest in multi-cancer early detection (MCED) testing continues to grow, our latest research explores public perceptions and engagement across seven countries: the U.S., Canada, the U.K., France, Germany, Spain, and Italy.

Surveying more than 1,000 adults aged 21–85, the study examined awareness of MCED testing, likelihood to request testing, and the factors influencing engagement. The findings revealed consistently high levels of interest across markets, particularly when testing was recommended by a healthcare professional.

Our research also identified distinct consumer profiles based on attitudes toward MCED testing, highlighting the importance of tailored and equitable communication strategies as these technologies continue to evolve.

We look forward to sharing this work at ASCO and contributing to the ongoing conversation around how MCED testing can responsibly complement existing cancer screening approaches.

About our dedicated team

At the heart of our work is the combination of scientific expertise and commercial insight. In diagnostics, success depends not only on understanding the science, but also how tests are adopted, how laboratories operate, and how healthcare decisions are made.

We support clients across the full product lifecycle, from opportunity assessment and market analysis to brand strategy, market access, and commercial optimisation.

Because diagnostics is a highly interconnected ecosystem, we work across every stage of the pathway, helping clients define compelling value propositions and overcome barriers to adoption by engaging stakeholders across laboratories, clinicians, patients, and payers.
