Purdie Pascoe global meeting 2025: MedTech, sunshine & the usual quiz night drama

Last month, the entire Purdie Pascoe team made their way to the beautiful Cotswolds in the English countryside for our biggest Autumn meeting yet. We took over Minster Mill for three days to connect, collaborate and of course a touch of friendly competition (more on that later).

With over 50 of us now based across the UK, US, and Europe, this year’s meeting was a true celebration of our growth, our people, and our commitment to MedTech. Fittingly, our theme this year was bold and simple: MedTech, as it’s not just one of our sectors - it’s our sole focus.

We kicked things off with an insightful discussion led by MedTech and Diagnostics experts diving into ‘The MedTech Difference’, a sharp look at what sets our world apart from pharma. From there, we explored how the expertise within our Post Market Survey division has evolved beyond just PMCF (Post Market Clinical Follow-up) to include PMPF (Post-Market Performance Follow-up) and other Real-World Data (RWD). And naturally we couldn’t resist a session dedicated to the ever-changing world of AI in MedTech, what’s new, what’s next, and what to keep our eye on.

It was then time to switch gears. We gathered for some well-earned drinks and a delicious dinner. Next came the main event: quiz night. Equal parts thrilling and chaotic, the quiz has become a beloved tradition, and yes, it’s getting more competitive by the year, but always with a healthy dose of camaraderie and fun.

Day two kicked off with a high energy marketing session full of practical insights about how MedTech brands can level up their messaging to gain real, genuine connection. We took time to shine a light on the brilliant work being done by our in-house innovation team, efforts across our charity partnerships and ESG initiatives. The sessions wrapped up with a deep dive into the evolution of the Purdie Pascoe brand and the story behind our MedTech heritage.

Then the sun came out (seriously, it was glorious), and so did the lawn games. Croquet, cornhole and archery, a healthy mix of skill, laughter, and some very questionable tactics. Safe to say, great fun was had by all.

After some much needed R&R, we dressed to the nines for our final evening. A celebration of the amazing talent across the business. The drinks flowed, awards were presented, and the formal dinner turned into a night of toasts, cheers, and a whole lot of dancing.

The Autumn meeting was a chance to connect in person, reflect on our journey, spark new ideas, and simply enjoy being together as one whole team. We’re proud of what we’ve built, excited for what’s ahead, and more committed than ever to the MedTech industry.

We’ve grown so much over the past few years, and having the whole team together in person was truly special. The passion, knowledge, and energy everyone brings to the table, it’s just incredible. I know I’m biased, but I honestly believe we have the best team in the business, we live and breathe MedTech and I’m very excited for what’s next.
