Job Title: Research Director

Location: US or UK based

At least 7-8+ years of market research experience (including in healthcare) and at least 6 years in MedTech. The ideal candidate will bring a breadth of experience with surgical devices as well as areas (urology, GI, women’s health, cardiovascular disease for example).

  • Proficient in both qual and quant. Strong experience designing discussion guides, surveys, and report writing. Experience moderating is a plus!

  • Has a proven track record of running studies from KO to close. This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Overall responsibility of the project to ensure it runs smoothly and follows the timeline. Will serve as the project lead and be supported by a team of RMs and/or SREs

    • Client engagement during the project, such as leading client calls, presentations, etc.

    • Overseeing all stages of materials development (screeners, guides, surveys, etc.). This includes hands on involvement, including drafting of materials, working with juniors, etc.

    • Overseeing the analysis and reporting. This includes hands on involvement in report brainstorms, report writing, working with juniors, etc.

  • Experience with people management, which may include, but is not limited to:

    • Line management

    • Managing junior staff on projects, which means providing feedback, mentoring, and so on
