Lindsey Cotterill, Operations Director

Lindsey joined Purdie Pascoe in 2022 as Operations Manager, supporting our Post Market Survey Team, before being promoted to Operations Director with responsibility for companywide operations.

After earning a degree in Fine Art, Lindsey began her career with the NHS, where she gained valuable experience across a range of therapy areas. She moved into Market Research in 2018 with Kantar Health, later joining M3 Global.

With a background spanning both quantitative and qualitative research for global clients, Lindsey brings an understanding of what it takes to deliver smooth, efficient operations within a successful MedTech research agency. She ensures Purdie Pascoe remains fully compliant, while continuously developing and refining processes and SOPs to support the highest operational standards.

Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys walking her Jack Russell, Peggy, and practicing the Rubik’s Cube.
