Lindsey joined Purdie Pascoe in 2022 as Operations Manager, supporting our Post Market Survey Team, before being promoted to Operations Director with responsibility for companywide operations.

After 6 years at Purdie Pascoe Chris has progressed to Associate Director and helps manage the Post Market Survey team as well as leading on projects to assist a wide range of medical device manufacturers in the design, implementation, and analysis of Post Market surveys.

Cara joined Purdie Pascoe in 2025 as a Senior Research Executive and is part of our US PMR team.

Karolina joined Purdie Pascoe in 2025 as a Senior Research Executive. She holds a 1st Class Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Analysis, Technology, and Biopharmaceuticals from King's College London and since graduating has built a strong experience in healthcare market research.

Ale joined Purdie Pascoe in 2025 as a Senior Research Executive and is part of our PMR team.

David joined Purdie Pascoe in mid-2025 as a Senior Research Executive within our primary market research team. He holds a degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Exeter, where he specialised in Microbiology and Infectious Diseases, followed by a Research Master’s from Imperial College London.

Tonika joined Purdie Pascoe in 2019 as and has progressed to Research Manager in our Post Market Surveys team. She has a BSc in Biological Chemistry and an MSc (with distinction) in Biomedical and Molecular Sciences Research from King's College London.

Alice joined Purdie Pascoe in 2023 as a Senior Research Executive and was promoted to Research Manager in February 2025, in our Post Market Surveys team.

Harry joined Purdie Pascoe in 2024 as a Data Quality Assurance Officer and primarily supports our Post Market Survey team. He has a BA in History from the University of York. Prior to joining Purdie Pascoe, he worked as a Data Compliance Specialist in the clinical research industry.

Priyal joined Purdie Pascoe in 2023 as a Senior PMCF Medical Writer and predominantly supports our Post Market Surveys team. She holds a Ph.D in Biotechnology, MSc, and a BSc (Hons) with distinction in each degree from Amity University. She was also awarded a silver medal for her Academic performance.

Guy joined Purdie Pascoe in 2022 as a Data Analyst. He holds a double BSc in Physics with Astronomy from the University of Liverpool and Liverpool John Moores University. Prior to joining Purdie Pascoe Guy worked across B2C and B2B Market Research as a technical lead in survey creation and data processing.

Michael is a Data Analytics Manager within the Innovation team, and is partly responsible for the development of internal programming within Purdie Pascoe.

Isabel has been at Purdie Pascoe since May 2022, and is part of our Post Market Surveys team. She graduated from the University of Surrey in 2019 with a Master’s in Social Research Methods.

Hemant joined Purdie Pascoe in 2021 as a Research Executive and is part of our Post Market Surveys team. Hemant has a BSc in Pharmacology from King’s College, University of London.

Throughout Molly’s career, she has been exposed to a variety of MedTech and healthcare categories including surgical technology, gastroenterology, urology, digital & AI-based clinical decision support, oncology and pharmaceuticals.
